Returns/Refund Policy
If in the unlikely event you have received your item/s damaged you must sign for them as damaged then we must be informed within 48hours of receiving your order, the item/s may need inspecting by the couriers to clarify the damage before returning then the item/s must be returned to us within 7 days of inspection, so that we can replace your order, note that we can only replace your order in this case.You must cooperate with us and the couriers with any photo evidence or information within deadlines set.Return carriage must be paid for by the sender.If your item is faulty you can return the product to the manufacturers within 30 days for a new replacement, return carriage must be paid for by the sender.Courier is recommended for returns on helmets or other heavy items, and recorded or guaranteed postage on smaller lighter items as we cannot accept any responsibility for items not returned/lost in the post due to a postal error.Please note that we reserve the right to send back items to you that have been returned to us after the time periods given above or if they do not qualify for a return. Wrong helmet size ordered: We recommend referring to our size chart provided by Reevu and measuring your head around 25mm to 1 inch above your eyebrow line, taking a few measurements to ascertain the largest before placing your order. We are not liable if you have ordered the wrong size or changed your mind so cannot issue a refund in this case, although we can offer an exchange depending on stock availability by arranging a collection and redelivery by courier for which there would be a charge.

Item/s not received/lost in the post
If you haven't received your item/s ordered within the time period given we must be informed within 7 days of placing your order (UK) and within 12 days (international), we cannot accept claims if it is not reported within these time scales. Then extra time* must be allowed for delayed postage before we can re-send your item/s. *15 working days after despatched (UK) and 21 days after despatched (international).
A signature is required for when your item is delivered, if nobody will be in to receive and sign for your parcel you can request to reschedule the delivery by clicking on your tracking link provided by email. They will make a second attempt the next day. You can however request to collect and sign for your parcel from your local depot by selecting this option after clicking on your tracking link provided by email.

Postal strike (UK only)
In the event of a UK Royal Mail postal strike, or shortly after one has taken place, if you have not received your items ordered within the time period given, we will need an additional 15 days on top of the time stated above to resolve the problem before we can compensate or re-send your item/s. We recommend selecting courier shipping when placing your order, which will be an available option during and shortly after such a time.

Please note that RapidBikes only sell Reevu products, we do not sell Motorcycles, or non Reevu parts and accessories, neither are we a Motorcycle dealer. Any Motorcycles advertised on this site are using advertising space and are completely independent from us. All other parts and accessories are affiliated in agreement and sold and shipped by for which we receive a commision. Therefore we cannot accept any responsibility for machines or items purchased through third parties, any problems must be resolved directly through the person or company it has been purchased from respectively.
